Refund & Cancellation Policy

The conditions under which a refund is initiated, and the timeline you can expect.

Conditions for Refund Initiation

  • Duplicate Loan Repayment — If the borrower has unintentionally repaid the loan twice, regardless of the means.
  • Excess Payment Received — In cases where MD Quick Loan has received payment exceeding the repayment value.
  • Early Repayment Mistake — If the borrower mistakenly repays the loan before the due date.

Client Satisfaction Resolution

In each of the above cases, the amount received in excess of what was due will be returned to the borrower. Refunds are made only to the bank account from which the payment originated.
